Opening a new account was fuss free, and not bogged down with forms and checks. I felt like I was recognised as a law abiding citizen and not a money launderer trying to defraud the system. V. well done. Reviewed on: 9th April 2024

Always polite, helpful, knowledgeable counter staff who are far from officious - they are happy to help and advise. A safe. Local place to look after savings. The public reception area gives the customer a welcome but business-like feeling. Reviewed on: 2nd April 2024
