The interest rates on the junior ISA is fantastic right now. Maybe keeping the customer informed when forms are received etc. would be an improvement, I appreciate however how busy you must be but maybe a text or email service with updates would be good. Reviewed on: 18th August 2023

Contacting people is quick and the staff I have seen are very knowledgeable. I called recently and the staff member immediately know of the issue I was referring to without having to look up notes etc. This level of personal service is very rare! Reviewed on: 15th August 2023
