And how I’ve retired at the age of 59 they then wanted proof of income ?? I have cashed in private pensions , sold my business and had a substantial inheritance, but what business is that to them ? It was £100 scooter insurance for god sake not a massive mortgage I decided that this was none of there business so cancelled there and then they charged me £58 to cancel. I duly cancelled my policy and this was met with an extortionate £65 cancellation fee, despite the fact my policy had not yet started and well within the 14 day cooling off period. I accept some small admin fee would be chargeable but they abused this fact and I would not recommend this company in any capacity and would advise anyone to do their research before dealing with Bikesure!!
