Refunded approx 50% of premium after policy in force for a few days and within 14day cooling off period. Complete rip off merchants. No surprise as I see they are part of Adrian Flux. Just awful in all respects, but systematic : Firstly, they trick you into automatic renewal, then they increase your insurance quite substantially (although you didn't have any accident), and then they use scare tactics to make you sign the increased amount, or even a substantially higher amount that they try to sell you when you phone. Just like one of the other reviewers, I had a long discussion with them about what is a "locked building" as opposed to a "locked compound" and what does not fit into any of these categories, which ultimately means that they want you to pay even more. Who is the CEO of that company? Is it a poor version of Godfather? Only one way forward: Leave them or, even better, never become one of their customers. I just left them. Read more Read less
