I’m a pensioner and got a quote from Bikesure for my motorcycle that was coming up for renewal, the quote of £104 was better than my current insurer so I accepted, my renewal wasn’t due to start for ten days, I stupidly paid the £104 and a number of days later Bikesure contacted me to amend the quote to a ridiculous £270 and demanded the extra money, I of course said i couldn’t pay an extra £170 so wouldn’t be insuring with them, bear in mind my insurance wasn’t due to start for a week. They then cancelled my policy and only refunded me £37, stole the rest, so i didn’t even have a single days insurance with them, despite contacting them several times they weren’t interested and said I had been refunded what I was owed, you signed the agreement they said !! This seems to be a common con that they use to get your money for doing nothing as I read other reviews of them doing the same, absolutely disgusted by them. Read more Read less

Just like one of the other reviewers, I had a long discussion with them about what is a "locked building" as opposed to a "locked compound" and what does not fit into any of these categories, which ultimately means that they want you to pay even more. Who is the CEO of that company? Is it a poor version of Godfather? Only one way forward: Leave them or, even better, never become one of their customers. I just left them. Read more Read less
