Website Structure Issues

A good website full of ideas however Customer Service is not up to scratch. People can wait weeks for deposits and withdrawals to be complete. Some things work and some things dont. Ultimately that could change but I dont see it changing anytime soon. On top of things I have an open loan and management have decided to lock my account... Now when i visit btcpop.co it takes me to google.com I will be upload a video and updating this sham of a company. Reviewed on: 15th April 2016

Ok ish

Leading innovation

BTCPop is by far the most innovative P2P lending platform I've used. Unfortunately, that bleeding edge innovation has come at a price: Things don't work all the time the way they are supposed to. For me, it is a price I am willing to pay for all the additional functionality and the community you get in return. I do wish for the platform to be more stable but on the other hand I also wish for more features to be released, making it a difficult balance for the developers. Regardless, I believe it is the most promising P2P lending platform out there and is worth at least a look. Think of it as a site in Beta, you might need to submit a support ticket sooner or later but you're getting many things you won't find elsewhere. Reviewed on: 15th April 2016
