Excellent customer service the people in chat people are always fun to talk to. The instructions for obtaining loans are clear and precise and allow the borrower to set the interest rate unlike other sites that charge a higher interest rate automatically. I have been using this site for nine months now and am extremely satisfied. The site is continuously improving and more features are being added. My favorite is the savings account, where I get 5% interest and my btc are safe.. I also use the instant account continuously to increase my btc and keep them safe. The small problems I have had there have always been resolved quickly, through very friendly customer support. One of the features I enjoy most is the chat, chatting with other investors and borrowers, exchanging info and just getting to know one another has really helped me.
