Access to a range of property projects, great returns delivered with no defaults, and a knowledgeable and accessible team

I have been an investor in well over 30 opportunities sourced by CapitalRise over the last 5 or so years. All have successfully redeemed without default, delivering good returns, diversified from equity and bond markets. The team - some of whom I have met in person - have deep property development and finance experience, which underpin the due diligence and underwriting they conduct.
