Amazing Risk Adjusted Returns

A great firm with an innovative approach

CapitalRise meticulously analyses market trends and adjusts its portfolio accordingly. The firm followed the pandemic-induced ‘race for space’ trend throughout 2022 and therefore boosted its lending against projects in the Home Counties. As such, while under a fifth (17%) of loans were completed in the Home Counties from 2016-2021, this grew to over half (56%) in 2022.
