Have been using Capital Rise for over 2 years now and have encountered no issues with investing or withdrawing funds. There have been no defaults on loans and the staff are always quick to respond to any questions, however trivial. Reviewed on: 26th March 2021

Easy to deal with.Friendly.Profitable.

The underlying business is straight forward. The participant lends money to a company costructing a building and the money is returned with interest on completion.The system is explained very simply and the method of investing is very easy to carry out.One is kept well informed of progress.It is very easy to make contact either by email or on the phone..You get straight through to who you want and a helpful friendly reply- none of this dial 1, dial 2 ,dial 3 business.So far they have delivered what has been promised.For someone like me not very technically or computer competent this is an ideal copany to deal with. Institutional Real Estate Lending

Capital Rise offers a method by which the small investor can participate in the lending process. Majority of the lending has been on quality real estate in London, which always has high demand. From what I have seen they underwrite their loans very thoroughly and consequently have so far had no defaults. These are also secured loans with a low loan to value. Their average so far has been less than 65% LTV. I have made a small investment in the Company itself and certainly have them on my radar to also participate on their loan investments. Great platform for the small investor

I invest on a number of platforms: L&G Pension, Wealthify ISAs, and Seedrs startups as well as several property-based sites. Brickowner gives me a share in the property itself; CapitalRise and Crowdproperty are P2P lenders with security in the property. Of all of these, and by some way, CapitalRise is the best for helpful, rapid and straightforward customer service and information. Outstanding!. Reviewed on: 26th March 2021
