I first came across CapitalRise reading a review in The Evening Standard Property section. The product they offer is straight forward & easy to understand. There is also the added incentive of securing a legal charge on the property that is being developed. If like me you are a buy-to-let investor you will know the opportunities in this market are diminishing. CapitalRise offers an alternative exposure to the property Market. The new approach to investing

CapitalRise offers a great way to invest , offering substantial returns of between 8-12%. With detailed projects, exit plans etc... allowing us to be able to invest with low amounts of money for a much better return than savings accounts provide. Reviewed on: 25th November 2019

Too early to say yet ...

So far it seems ok , but it is far too early for a conclusive opinion. Some of the properties are not as high quality and value as was expected. Also then need to inform investors much earlier for investment opportunities whenever they arise. Reviewed on: 24th November 2019
