As an IFA firm , we deal with a wide range of insurance needs for our clients, including home insurance, holiday lets, boat insurance and business cover. Ceta is usually one of the most competitive providers we work with. The Infinity platform for home insurance is particularly easy to use and regularly produces competitive quotes. While there is room for improvement in the boat insurance team, our overall experience with Ceta has been positive, and they remain a valuable option for meeting our clients’ insurance needs. Customer service & premiums

Helpful customer service, quick to respond and flexible in terms of premiums. Sometimes can be a bit slow on a renewal if it needs to go into referral and occasionally none of the insurers on the panel quote or offer competitive terms. Reviewed on: 6th October 2026
