    Professional Agents - Great Customer Service

    I insured my caravan with c.e.t.a and found them to be great value for money. When I sold my caravan I found the customer agent... I insured my caravan with c.e.t.a and found them to be great value for money. When I sold my caravan I found the customer agent to be extremely helpful and immediately sent mme confirmation that I had cancelled the insurance. One minor criticism would be that I initially used the customer portal to cancel my insurance but it didn't work. Thank goodness for professional human agents. Read more Read less
