Good / competitive savings interest rate and straight forward to set up an account online. However improvements to the layout of transactions would be better (i.e. refer to Lloyds/Halifax) rather than having to input search ranges etc. Also a banking app would be a better customer option / experience. Chetwood Bank is very competitive with interest rates.

Chetwood Bank is very competitive with interest rates. Its web portal is easy to use and feels secure. The downside is that there is no app so you have to visit the website every time you want to check your balance. Beyond that, it was simple and easy to sign-up. Reviewed on: 24th January 2025

Easy to Open / Great online Interface

The account was easy to open. I was able to set up an online account so that I can review my savings easily and the two factor authentication made the whole process feel secure. Given the current economy, the interest rates are reasonable. Reviewed on: 24th January 2025
