I moved to Chetwood from another savings bank that was in the habit of dropping their interest rate. It was reasonably easy to open an account with Chetwood and I have gradually increased my savings and they in turn give me a descent rate of interest (added monthly), unlimited withdrawals and reassurance that my money is safe. Chetwood offer a solidly market-leading interest rate on their Easy-Access Saver - this keeps me banking with them, as in these straitened times every penny literally does count. The website is easy and intuitive to use and I have not had any problems carrying out transactions into or out of my account. All in all a solid and trustworthy bank, offering great quality service. Was happy to see that a very small deposit was required to open an easy access account paying competitive rates of interest.
