The interest rate is very good compared to other savings accounts. However, there are a couple of things I find frustrating. There isn't an app and this would make logging in a much simpler process. Also, withdrawals take too long to transfer Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Account was easy to open online. Very good interest rates haven't as yet had to try and speak to anybody at the bank so unable to comment on your customer service Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Account opening, deposits credit quickly but withdrawals need to be speeded up. Most banks manage to achieve same day withdrawals - not next day. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
