Overall happy but need more speed

I am happy with Chetwood after all as staff are professional and it offers a good savings rate. I believe it would be much better if it were part of fast payments as this would make it much easier to have “instant” access to my instant savings account. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Chetwood Bank: Easy Access savings

Excellent customer service. Maximum 1 withdrawal request per day. Funds received end of next working day.. Note that there is no 'Issue Number' associated with this type of account, but the interest rate paid may differ dependent on the date the account was opened. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Review of Savings Account

Good interest rate, easy to open and transfer money in and out. Website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Feel protected because you can only transfer funds to and from one designated bank account, which reduces risk of fraud. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
