Good website interface. Simple to set up an account and maintain it. Good rates. Poor experience using a mobile phone. An app would be good, and/or True Layer integration (or similar) Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

Recently opened an account, everything went well. Clear website, can access account at anytime, no problems. Account details are clear and transferring funds is simple. With good interest rates what is not to like. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025

I recently changed my savings account as Chetwood was offering a more appealing interest rate. I’d say my account on the website is not super user friendly but overall it’s been a good choice so far. Reviewed on: 22nd January 2025
