Easy to use but pass on your information without your knowing

I applied for a loan and got accepted and money was in my bank account very easy process however i then get a call from... I applied for a loan and got accepted and money was in my bank account very easy process however i then get a call from your customer representative asking for more details. I stopped him half way through his questions to ask why this was necessary as I already had loan in place. Unknown to me he then passed my details on to another finance company who now constantly call me and email asking if I need finance. Very poor customer relations Read more Read less

Very good my car broke down on the way to the appointment and I rang them a they was very helpful and arranged the appointment for me was very helpful
