Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

So very poor Used this provider for over 300 transactions over 6 million transferred. The service went from average to poor to awful over 2 years. Slow to respond ... Read more Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

The whole process is so simple and can all be done via the app. That makes life a lot easier, especially if I am on the move. Also, the exchange rates are constantly updated and competitive. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

Good rates and quick and easy service

Previously we used a national bank which required a lengthy form which had to be posted and we were charged £30 a transfer. A long , tedious and expensive process. Currencies Direct could fix a rate, do a deal and have our Euros in our French bank account in two hours. We have recommended to several friends who were impressed when they used your services. The "Help" service is very good. Staff are very polite and follow things up.

For "small" individual customers like myself the staff are very patient and will talk you through a problem (of account access for example). It is so important to have telephone access where you can talk to someone and CD has this. Precious these days. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020
