Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

So very poor Used this provider for over 300 transactions over 6 million transferred. The service went from average to poor to awful over 2 years. Slow to respond ... Read more Reviewed on: 4th February 2020

Very helpful well informed advisors with a process thats easy to use

I have been using Currency Direct since buying our house in Greece in 2006. They were recommended by our estate agents (English,living in Greece) and I know they are still using and recommending Currency Direct to other customers. During this time we have found their personal approach and good knowledge of the currency market very helpful when we need to transfer money to builders etc or to our own Greek bank account. I needed to sent money to Australia, Never sent money this way before. Searched around. Found Currencies Direct. Spoke to the people first. I got all the help and advice. I felt they were professional and helpfull all the way. I new my money was is good hands. Transaction went through and so easy to do. Notified as the money moved around and my brother got his money. It only took me 20 years

To find my first company that could consistently arrange for me to bring money from UK to Cambodia. I encountered problems with every other company before Currencies Direct - the worst of which is not accepting liability once funds are with correspondent banks. So far, I hope I am not tempting fate, none of these issues have arisen with Currencies Direct, who respond quickly to queries as well as having systems to tell you where your money is on its way.
