Easy to use and friendly staff. Now I can use my bank card to make my transfer so I do not need to do on line banking very good service. Reviewed on: 9th March 2020

Excellent service,

Joined up last may, very friendly and helpful in the local office (Camposol, Mazarron). Always happy to help and have introduced several friends who couldn't believe how easy it is to transfer funds from the UK. The App and web site are easy to navigate and you can do transfers on line with no hassle, alternatively you can pop in to the office and they will do it for you. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

Since setting up my account with Currencies Direct I have had great customer service. Every transaction has gone through quickly and without any problems. 100% reliable prompt efficient service

I have been using this service for over 9 years, since migrating to Australia, for regular pension transfer. The service has been first rate and any queries have been answered directly over the phone. I can think of little that would improve on the current service. Reviewed on: 4th January 2020

I did you should!

I needed to transfer UK funds (an inheritance) over to Australia. I had no idea other than to go via the banks (the expensive option) then I found currencies direct: user friendly website, excellent customer service, advice and follow up. Top shelf customer service with the best exchange rates anywhere

I live in Canada and recently purchased an apartment in South Africa via a cash payment. I used Currencies Direct to set up the transfer of funds for the property purchase. I found the customer service experience to be consistently exceptional. The transfer was a large sum but I felt safe and secure with Currencies Direct managing the process. In addition I did a lot of research and found that Currencies Direct offered the most competitive exchange rate in the market.
