Currensea is a travel debit card that links to your existing bank account.

There are three Currensea plans. Essential is subscription fee free, Premium and Elite plans do have an annual subscription fee but have no foreign exchange charges.

Cheaper FX plus a great customer experience

In addition to the overall user experience and the cheaper FX rates, I like the texts that you get after a payment to make sure that you authorised the payment and to see how much you saved (makes me feel that I am saving money when I and actually spending money!). Reviewed on: 30th March 2021

Excellent card making a positive impact

The card works well, saving me a huge amount of money when travelling. And it's innovative, drawing money from my account using open banking, so I never need to top it up. What's more, I donate to good causes whilst spending. Who doesn't want to be a good tourist? Reviewed on: 25th March 2021
