I love my bank always accommodating and approachable. Reviewed on: 10th February 2019

NO incentive to save

This bank need to do something to encourage long life savers to stay, there is nothing positive to say. Wouldn't it be mush better if there was a reason to stay - after 50+ years, I've finally decided to move. There are no local branches anywhere near to me now and it would cost me if I needed to visit the bank regularly. Reviewed on: 19th September 2017
