No payout on husbands death

Husband died, receive a letter to say they would pay the claim and to send through the Grant of probate. Had a thank you card from Winstons wishes for the £5000 payout they received. Then had an letter to say they weren’t paying out to us the family. The stress and anxiety this has caused has been awful. Reviewed on: 5th June 2022
