Husband died, receive a letter to say they would pay the claim and to send through the Grant of probate. Had a thank you card... Husband died, receive a letter to say they would pay the claim and to send through the Grant of probate. Had a thank you card from Winstons wishes for the £5000 payout they received. Then had an letter to say they weren’t paying out to us the family. The stress and anxiety this has caused has been awful. Read more Read less
