I have purchased insurance for my wedding in may 2025. Although I have not claimed off my insurance ( and hopefully do not need to) I am happy with the service and processes so far. I was please be able to take out insurance for a wedding abroad, and the website was relatively easy to navigate from a users interface. Reviewed on: 11th July 2024

Amazing customer service and reasonable price

Luckily we haven’t had to make a claim however, at the start I did email their customer service team to explain some of the policy wording. Easy to set up and good value. We received a policy document which outlined the cover. We had seen reviews which were positive and therefore we chose Thankfully we had no need to claim, but from other reviews we know that Therese would have been dealt with efficiently. Reviewed on: 11th July 2024
