I have just received an email closing my claim. The company directed the email to "Mr Millar" my name is "Ms Helen Hainsworth-Millar". Clearly given... I have just received an email closing my claim. The email also says they have done completely the reign thing, not reading confirmation from me that I have already purchased a replacement bicycle.
