After a quick and easy application online, I was able to meet one of the representatives from EDL. Lorraine (Luton) was just amazing. She gave me excellent advise and explained the best way to improve my credit score. Her ability to put me at ease was second to none, and again, her customer skills were outstanding. All the staff are lovely and I didn’t feel as though they judged me in anyway. They walked me through the whole process and I couldn’t be more grateful to them. I visited the stockport branch and was assigned my own account manager and she is lovely.
