Extremely helpful and understanding

The staff are very helpful and understand when dealing with your application. You are contacted every six months to talk through your loan, see if they can help in any other way and see how things are going. The staff seem to care about their customers. Reviewed on: 10th April 2019

Our adviser spent time working out not only the best loan for us but also how to best manage our finances. Friendly and professional. Things have been so much easier for us since. Would definitely recommend them. Reviewed on: 10th April 2019

First application was all done and signed of within 24 hrs no problems whatsoever and second loan was a “top up” although a new building and officers staff where great kept us updated and informed explained everything clearly gave us enough space to discuss stuff privately and let us sound off issue to them.
