The lady who assisted me was very helpful and friendly she was listened to my problems and offered advice on how I could get out of the financial hole I was in and although they could not help me with the full amount I needed they offered to lend more after 6 months as long as I was able to keep up with my payments Reviewed on: 10th April 2019

I am out of work, and struggling with my repayments. I called up the branch that deals with my account, an adviser briefed me over the phone encouraging me all the way, that something can be done to help me in the situation I am in. I was booked an appointment to see the Branch Manger and a reduced amount to help my situation was reached. Which has put me at ease, whilst I find another job. Reviewed on: 10th April 2019
