I was in a really difficult situation financially and was worried about how I was going to make it to the end of the month... They are friendly, understanding and professional. Treat you like a actual person and not a pay check. Will offer what they believe is in your best interest and if you have any issues paying one month they are understanding ei. You need to repair your boiler and can’t afford that month payment. Not only will they be fine with it but won’t charge you 2 months worth the next month if you don’t want to. Honest people and understanding. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2019
