Friendly And understanding

They are friendly, understanding and professional. Treat you like a actual person and not a pay check. Will offer what they believe is in your best interest and if you have any issues paying one month they are understanding ei. You need to repair your boiler and can’t afford that month payment. Not only will they be fine with it but won’t charge you 2 months worth the next month if you don’t want to. Honest people and understanding. Reviewed on: 2nd July 2019

Awful. They sent an email and sms my application is conditionally approved. Ok. They called me all day. First time we were discussed everything. Everything again what I wrote down is application form. Everything about my loans and my employment status and income. After this THEY OFFERED bigger amount loan :))) Ok. The interest rate is very high, but ok because I will do home improvement and my income will be higher. After they call me again they need my payslip. Ok. They called me again they need my bank statement. Ok. They called me again they need my last two bank statement. Ok. They called me again they need bank statement about other bank account. I sent them my P60 as well... Everything was coherent with what we were discussing and the other person called me they refused my application :D :D No reason.... Maybe they mixed something. Every day loans were great. The staff were really helpful and made sure I was fully aware of how they explained everything for me.
