Made my mum upset by stealing her money and not helping when we needed it

My mum took insurance out for all our pets as we couldn't afford a big bill if one was ill or hurt, this insurance company... My mum took insurance out for all our pets as we couldn't afford a big bill if one was ill or hurt, this insurance company refused to pay I've had my mum in tears worrying how she will pay the bill horrible company took our money and didn't help when they were supposed to.     Been with Everypaw for over two years now. We had to make our first claim recently for our dog and it was so slick. Basically,... Been with Everypaw for over two years now. We had to make our first claim recently for our dog and it was so slick. Basically, the vet submitted the claim and it was settled in full within 48 hours, we didn’t need to do anything. For the price you pay the policy is great compared to many others and the price is sharp. Overall great value for money and can fault the experience from making a claim. Read more Read less

    I had my cat's insurance with a very well known brand brand but they were relatively expensive. I will not say they were practicing bad,... I had my cat's insurance with a very well known brand brand but they were relatively expensive. I will not say they were practicing bad, their service was very good but one day on a comparison site I just asked for a quote from Every Paw. I was over the moon to find the quote very economical and the cover was the same. I researched a little and everything looked alright. So I bought the policy from them and so far no trouble at all.
