    Totally reliable, caring, courteous company, the best

    I initially had cause to find immediate insurance for me as I was due to travel to Portugal for work and my employer hadn’t done... I initially had cause to find immediate insurance for me as I was due to travel to Portugal for work and my employer hadn’t done so as they usually did. I tried several companies who refused and with my heart pounding I rang Alpha.. they calmed me and offered me cover despite this being the run up to covid.. I almost wept with relief. Then when all travel was cancelled they were fast and courteous about my refund. Highly recommended company. Read more Read less

    Great value for money.

    Great value for money. I have used Alpha Travel for several years and always found their website easy to navigate and rates to be very reasonable.

    Customer Service was excellent.

    Customer Service was excellent. Price reasonable but could better to compete with the competitors. Have not made any claim yet, so can't comment.

As always, I use your services, you are one of them The company that insures my mother for the holidays (although she is 84 years old) most companies do not have this option. I also insure myself, of course. While in the Dominican Republic, my mother had a slight accident, a blow to the head, an ambulance arrived and they checked to see if everything was OK.     The Best in my opinion - nobody else comes close

    We have again used Alpha Travel Insurance to provide our annual cover for another foreign holiday. The peace of mind provided is unquantifiable and we... Why use anyone else This was the last holiday covered by our annual holiday and we will be using our online account to once again travel with the reassurance of a first rate holiday insurer , who was there when we needed them most on holiday many years ago.
