The app is good, very easy to access. I asked for a paper statement; they said yes on the app chat messenger, then received nothing. Their emails tend to be written in very poor English. The fees are low which is a big selling point but also the online account is very clear about the fees, there are no hidden costs. I can see easily how my fund has grown.
