Poor customer service, good app, okay returns

The return is about 3-4%, so better than a cash isa. The app is good, very easy to access. I asked for a paper statement; they said yes on the app chat messenger, then received nothing. Their emails tend to be written in very poor English. I asked for my private pension to be transferred, two months later nothing's happened. Reviewed on: 23rd February 2021

Really good.

No issues so far, tracker was easy to install myself. Cheaper insurance km told if you drive under 4k/year. Sharing a code with friends and family can save even more money. Reviewed on: 9th September 2020
