I havemailed received excellent customer service throughout the whole time I've been a customer. I had a couple of issues that were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. I was unable to call so I spoke via Facebook and they then passed my details on to Dorset homes and got them to phone me! *that's not the usual way things are done and normally get left waiting with any other company!* amazing service, extremely helpful and polite staff.
