Great communication, always helpful and so competitive that there's just no need to shop around!

I've been insuring with Footman James for nearly twenty years and have had no problems. When my TR4 engine crankshaft broke in France(!), the car was returned and a courtesy vehicle provided. I expected a big increase in premiums, but there was none. A similar thing happened to my wife's Morris Traveller. That too was sorted out easily. Reviewed on: 27th September 2017

First class classic car insurance provider

I have been using footman James for the last 16 years. I have fleet of classic cars, all have agreed values. The process of renewing or changing policies is very smooth and detailed. Stall listen to us and propose cover as required. The breakdown service is second to none. If fact I had to use it two weeks ago in France. A recovery truck was with me in just over an hour, I received a telephone call to check the truck had arrived and to confirm if I needed any translation to explain my breakdown. A further call an hour later to confirm I had received the service I required and see if I needed any additional aid. All insurance providers should follow footman James service example. Every member of the team is always helpful in a genuine way, nothing is too much trouble. The best thing is you don't have to fit into a box they look at you your needs and your business and the boxes are formed round you!
