Customer Service at its Best!

The customer service agents are very polite, patient and friendly. They are very helpful and make you feel like a valued customer. They take the time to understand your needs and help you find a product that suits you best. Their agents are clear and great at explaining all the details and answering any questions. I would like to recommend Freedom Finance to friends and family because they helped me when I needed them most. As my bank disappointed me. Best credit broker to rely on during rainy day.

Always there to help when in need. They assisted from filling the phone by telephone, taking me through every step till I finally got the loan. Excellent customer service and reliable as advertised.
