Rip off for young drivers

Paid £2300 for first insurance then ran out of miles was not told when buy policy we could have had a choice of mile so... Paid £2300 for first insurance then ran out of miles was not told when buy policy we could have had a choice of mile so paid another £360 for another 3000 miles a month before policy payment was finished which was £187 a month had to buy more miles then was told as we had bought miles previously it would be £260 for another 1000 miles !!!! All young drivers please please stay away from this company !!! we have learnt the hard way !!! Will not be dealing with this company for any kind of insurance !!!! Read more Read less

as it says, this company only seems to want to deal with 'fresh' start insurance, ask for anything expensive to be added or have a... as it says, this company only seems to want to deal with 'fresh' start insurance, ask for anything expensive to be added or have a previous claim in the last 5 years, they don't want to know, also tried to tell me that no claims are never transferred, well they are if you pick a decent company, very poor service/company.....     AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

    Ripped off by this outfit, most unhappy about it and will be going to the Ombudsman. Ladybird and Fresh will not see me again as... Ripped off by this outfit, most unhappy about it and will be going to the Ombudsman. Ladybird and Fresh will not see me again as a customer, you know what you did and I will get my £275 worth by slaughtering you in every review site I can find. Pay up front and they will rip you off by insisting on a change to your policy which will cost you money. Funny that. Read more Read less

    con men stay well clear

    took out insurance and 17 days later got letter through the door saying there was problem and the wanted extra 115 pounds i said id... took out insurance and 17 days later got letter through the door saying there was problem and the wanted extra 115 pounds i said id take the named driver off the policy they wanted 300 pounds so i said what about cancelling it they said id get 900 hundered back so that means 17 days insurance was going to cost me 600 pounds so stay well clear of this company. FUNNY HOW THE LETTER WAS SENT 2 DAYS AFTER THE COOLING OFF TIME WAS UP Read more Read less
