POOR

as it says, this company only seems to want to deal with 'fresh' start insurance, ask for anything expensive to be added or have a previous claim in the last 5 years, they don't want to know, also tried to tell me that no claims are never transferred, well they are if you pick a decent company, very poor service/company.....
