I had high expectations.

As a previous Mortgage Broker myself, there were high expectations on how my case would be dealt with. It was not straightforward and complex in terms of employment but the friendly approach put me immediately at ease. They worked diligently and quickly to source the product most suitable, and got an offer in under 28 days which I had no expectation of achieving and fully expected it to take longer. I was hesitant when I first contacted them as there is a chain effect of people, each specialising in the next stage but my concerns were completely unfounded and the system is slick! I have engaged with them again on my rental portfolio and it is a pleasure to work with them. Reviewed on: 19th February 2025

Painless process from start to finish and very efficient way of doing business with the use of technology. Always contactable and never waiting to get hold of anybody or waiting for a call back. Whole process was so good even the prices for the insurance etc were the best we had seen so signed up to that with them aswell. Reviewed on: 19th February 2025
