Great Mortgage Help

Haysto put us in a position to get a mortgage which we could not have done otherwise and had a real drive to deliver for us. The result was a fantastic service with every team member we spoke to ensuring we got through the process as smoothly as possible. Reviewed on: 19th February 2025

TEN OUT OF TEN AND THEN SOME

I would not have been able to buy my first house without Haysto. I'd previously used a recommended free broker who put little effort into understanding my case. They only used a limited panel of lenders because that's where they could claim their piece. Haysto on the other hand was absolutely fantastic. A full panel of lenders and they made sure to understand my case inside out and match me to the right lender (and at £100 cheaper per month than proposed elsewhere!). Every single person I spoke to was professional but at the same time really approachable, like sorting a mortgage out with a group of good friends. They really made me feel like they cared and even when I was passed on to the next stage / person, people I'd spoke to previously still checked in and congratulated me about progress and success. I was sceptical about paying any fee at first but it is 100% with it no questions asked. When it comes round to re-mortgage time, I'll definitely be using them again. I didn't think a mortgage was possible

I didn't think a mortgage was possible for me with my poor credit rating and age, but the Haysto team managed to get me over the line! I have been turned down many times before by lenders and was losing hope a little. Alex was great from the start and was non-judgmental about my credit profile. He explained the whole process very clearly and was transparent throughout. I really like the portal where you can check on the progress of your application and quickly upload/approve documents as and when needed. I much preferred this to back and forth emails and could quickly find information I was looking for. Nadia who I also dealt with was great and regularly chased the lender for updates on my case. I would recommend Haysto to anyone who thinks that a mortgage is not possible for them! Reviewed on: 19th February 2025
