We first approached Haysto back in July, my credit history is poor with several defaults and poor history with my ex-wife being a big cause. My partner has an excellent credit score and we knew high street banks were off the table and I stumbled across Haysto online after some searching. We start the initial conversation and everything was great, but this was before realising our deposit wouldn't release until early 2025. I felt like I had wasted their time a bit on the initial conversations and so on with Lisa N, but she was fantastic and re-assured us it wasn't an issue and they would be available when we needed them. By October we picked back up and Lisa continued with us. We were then passed to the wonderful Daniel TW, our mortgage advisor who has been absolutely amazing the whole way through our journey and had a conversation about the history and ins and outs, the situation we were in and what ideally we wanted in a mortgage and what suited us. He has worked tirelessly in dealing with the lender and getting us a deal that wouldn't have been possible without him. Dealing with our case with the lender was Tia A. - she is easy to get hold of whenever needed, amazingly friendly and has put in such an effort ensuring the lender has all the documents and being very communicative with us along the way. We also used Haysto for a quote for a conveyancer and have gone with them - Haysto will do the chase work with them as well until the completion and ensure everything is where it should be and that is a big relief for me. We also had Jason M. deal with us for some insurance quotes and he got us much cheaper deals than I was able to find in comparisons and online so am very thankful for that too. And, we managed to get a mortgage offer, it's a brand new experience for me but the whole team at Haysto, those we speak to and those behind the scenes are fantastic and have been such a delight to deal with. Superb company

I had a poor credit score due to getting divorced so didn't think I'd get anywhere, but Haysto found one for me, kept on top of everything for me and got me over the line. Can't thank them enough. Reviewed on: 19th February 2025
