International funds transfer via eWallet feature not only provide alternative cheaper cost service to SWIFT, but also significantly faster, like almost instantly. This compares with normal SWIFT transfer that takes days and significantly higher costs! Reviewed on: 26th February 2026

My overall experience had been very good but I had a transaction where I was charged without authorisation and I received no support from the bank as I had no supporting document -obviously as it was not authorised. It is very unfortunate, so I can only say overall good to be good but it would likely be neutral or bad of this repeats. Reviewed on: 21st February 2026
