In my opinion, IG is one of the best platforms making it simple to use, whether on windows or via their app. Customer service is easily available and very helpful. The value IG delivers outweight the occasional bug.

IG offers a well coverage of financial instruments (Companies, Commodities, and Forex). The app is easy to use, and the charges are easy to understand. When in doubt, all I need to do is contact IG support. It takes less than a day for me to get an initial response. The only issue that I usually find annoying is that sometimes after the app update, it comes with a new bug, like after placing an order on the chart, I cannot change the time frame immediately. I will have to close that view and open again. Overall, I've trading on IG for 8 years and the functions like trade analytics, IG academy, and Explore functions within IG helped me improve my trading outcome. Reviewed on: 14th January 2025
