Reliable and responsive broker

I can confidently say that IG has become my go-to-broker. The interface of the trading platform strikes a great balance. It's comprehensive without being overwhelming, which is rare for a trading platform. In particular I appreciate the real-time pricing (no delays like my brevious broker) and the reasonable fee structure. What truly stands out is their customer service. When I had an issue with a fund transfer, their support team responded within minutes and stayed on the call until everything was resolved. The trafing platform itself offers an impressive range of ETFs I hadn't discovered elsewhere, opening up new investment opportunities. The mobile app syncs seamlessly with the desktop version, allowing me to monitor positions on the go. Overall. I'm very satisfied with my switch to to IG.
