I have used insurance choice on numerous occasions for my holiday travel insurance, Luckily every time I have used insurance choice I have been put through to a lady called Sophie long . Sophie is very thorough, helpful and informative I would definitely recommend people to use insurance choice for travel insurance especially if they get the same service I have from Sophie. This is the second time I have used Insurance Choice. Kerry sorted out my insurance for a 3 week trip to Australia last year and was brilliant. This company really understands the issues people with long term medical conditions face. I have just used Kerry again to sort out my insurance for a week in Greece. Superb customer service, kind, friendly, efficient and quick. Great cover too and really good value for money. Highy recommended. Reviewed on: 11th September 2018

Very helpful nothing to much trouble

I was very worried about how much our insurance was going to cost for the cruise we had booked, we had a quote from paying to much insurance which was very expence, I phoned and spoke to Kirsty and asked her for a quote, she was so helpful didn't rush me and very patient , took all the information, and came back with a quote of £181.85 the other insurance company quoted £741 which was totally out of our price range, to a point were we were going to camel the cruise, she was a pleasure to speak to, I have told family and friends the amazing service I got from Kirsty and what a wonderful deal I got,we wil definitely be recommending your company to other family and friends who are looking for insurance, Thank you to Kirsty and the other lady I spoke to after Kirsty because I had forgotten to add something, she was very helpful as well , an amazing company Well Done will be doing business with you again , thank you Kirsty Reviewed on: 7th September 2018
