Quick & easy

When I went on-line I expected to have to fill the form out myself which I have done many times in the past but was surprised to see that you were phoning me back which you did within min's. Excellence in communication

Ms J. Milne was a delight in the manner of her communication and follow up skills. It made the pain of paying (because of my age) the cost of my insurance less that might have otherwise been. I do think that 39 pages of "small print" is somewhat excessive. I wonder how many "normal" people read every word. Reviewed on: 27th November 2018

Booking travel insurance

I was looking for last minute travel insurance and filled out a quote request online. Shortly after I recieved a call from Lauren. She was very helpful and polite. She took my details and asked all the relevant questions to insure I was properly covered for my holiday. She told me a price I was happy to pay and would insure I had no worries on my holiday. Documents were emailed within a couple of minutes. What a great service. Reviewed on: 16th November 2018

Excellent choice

Friendly and efficient agent who answered all my queries. All documents emailed immediately after payment. Pricing very competitive, especially as some other travel insurance companies quoted double for their policies with less benefits! Reviewed on: 13th November 2018

Unjustifiable premium increase

I passed my 75th birthday since my last premium payment. My new quote has increased by £190. The only change that has occurred is that I am now in an arbitrary age bracket of 75 to 79. No questions have been asked about my state of health, what medication I take or any other condition that could affect the level of premium. I find this a lazy way of carrying out a risk assessment and that some customers are more risky than others. The more healthy amongst us are supporting those that are less healthy and keeping their premiums down. A more detailed assessment is required as to the amount of risk you would be to the insurer and therefore obtain a more honest premium price aligned with your risk, not being labeled within an age group and averaging out the risk.
