Great service at reasonable prices

Can't praise this insurance company highly enough . Have used them multiple times since having been diagnosed twice with cancer and have received excellent service every time. This includes having to cancel a trip to Florida. Reviewed on: 20th July 2018

Amazing service, cover and cost!

I was amazed by my quote for a longer than normal trip including hiking at altitude and all with lots of medical concerns and history. The way they deal with sensitive questions is also commendable, dealing with you like a person rather than just another call. Bravo! Reviewed on: 18th July 2018

Cost based on risk

Other insurance companies take advantage of people who have health conditions and charge hundreds of pounds for a two week trip. Insurancewith ask questions that assess risk & their premiums are calculated accordingly - in my experience it was a seventh of the cost. Reviewed on: 18th July 2018

Medical insurance no fuss

After trying several other companies I hit a brick wall obtaining epilepsy insurance.. all other companies wanted to exclude this!! I am so glad I found this insurance company. The cost was far lower than I’d been quoted before by the companies who wished to exclude my sons condition.. I will always use this company and the customer service operator was really easy to talk to and empathetic to my needs as a customer. Reviewed on: 18th July 2018

Sensible and fair re secondary breast cancer...

I have secondary breast cancer. However, I am loving and living life doing all of the same things I ever did, without any physical or medical restriction at present. When I contacted Insurancewith for a travel insurance quote recently, the customer agent's approach was sensitive but sensible. There were a lot of questions asked about the nature of my health-but they were educated and 'relevant' questions. After a thorough chat, I was offered a very fairly-priced insurance policy, which I took up. My husband, young boys and I then enjoyed a lovely holiday in Spain which did us all the world of good. I felt like the company understood where I was at with my condition and didn't automatically tick the 'no' or 'unfairly expensive' policy box, just because it was easier and quicker for them to do so. :) Reviewed on: 6th August 2017
