I applied on line and found the questionnaire quite in depth. I did not find this a great problem but some people may find it a bit daunting. I could not find any way of editing the questionnaire once a page was completed but that may have been down to me. I was provided with the best quote of all the companies I tried and with a more comprehensive cover. Fortunately I did not have to make a claim so I cannot comment on that side of things.
